Technauts is technical staffing — not a generalist outsourcing agency. We place engineering, QA, and infrastructure roles sourced from Pakistan, on a monthly staffing basis.

Every candidate goes through the same four-stage pipeline before placement. The standard doesn't change by role or client.

    A role-specific technical test covering the core skills for the position — not a generic aptitude quiz.

    Live pairing interview

    A live pairing session with a real engineer, working through a problem together rather than answering pre-set questions alone.

  3. 3.0

    Reference check

    Direct outreach to past managers or clients to confirm the work history and standard of delivery.

  4. 4.0

    Trial period

    A defined trial period on the actual engagement before the placement is confirmed as ongoing.
